On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for August 2023, the latest El Nino/La Nina update, and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. A NOAA expert from the California Nevada River Forecast Center will also review the impacts from Tropical Storm Hilary that pushed across the southwestern U.S. in August.
