Great Lameshur Bay, St. John Islands, is the site for the seventeen-monthTektite II Program. A five man habitat will be emplaced near Cabritte Horn in50 feet of water, enabling teams of scientist-aquanauts and engineers to liveand work for periods ranging from two weeks to 30 days on the ocean bottom.
