Description
The cup sponge Hyalonema sp. The cup sponge is a type of glass sponge with astalk of long glass spicules supporting the goblet head. Glass sponges aresome of the oldest colonial animals (metazoans) on Earth, arising after bacteria and single-celled organisms.
