Quasi-sherical pillow lavas and a very shiny rock surface are seen in thisimage. The shiny surface is probably a manganese coating over existingbasaltic rock. Gooseneck barnacles can be seen and are probably what ismaking the patterns on the large pillow in the upper right of the image.
