Few angled roofs collapsed during storms but it still was worrisome. Severalflat roofs in the Mid-Atlantic region collapsed during snowstorms of winter of2009/2010. Here cohesiveness of snow allows it to hang out over roof gutters. (Image credit: Captain Albert Theberge)
