Description
Blizzard of February 9-10 2010. Compare to image wea03809 for indication of how visibility has degraded. This storm was a true blizzard with sustained windsof 35mph or greater over much of the Mid-Atlantic region and areas acquiring for the third time between 1 and 3 feet of snow. 10-foot snow drifts were formedabout 10-miles north of this image stranding many motorists near Frederick, MD.
