NOAA congratulates the educators and students at the twenty-three high schools that advanced to the 21st Annual National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB) finals competition in Boulder, Colorado. The finals competition will take place from April 19 – 22, 2018 at the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES). CIRES is a partnership of NOAA and the University of Colorado Boulder.
