NOAA Ships RONALD H. BROWN and NANCY FOSTER see eye to eye onmeeting NOAA's mission! Following their annual Ship Inspection, the twoCommanding Officers had a chance to show off their ship handling skills whileposing for a photo in Charleston Harbor. Though the two ships share a pier inCharleston, rarely do they see each other due to their demanding schedules.
