Deploying underwater observation caisson from the BCF research vesselCHARLES H. GILBERT to the research raft NENUE. This caisson is used bythe Honolulu Laboratory for fish behavior studies. Six oil drums supplybuoyancy to the 12 foot by 12 foot raft.
