Description
Ring of Fire 2006 Expedition.Hydrothermal vents emitting hot mineral laden waters, depositing sulfur on therock surfaces, many brachyuran crabs, and possibly CO2 bubbles beingemitted from the vents. There is an instrument package in the center left of the image for scientific sampling of vent environment.
