Description

A SeaBED-class AUV designed by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and jointlyowned and operated by NOAA's Northwest Fisheries Science Center and thePacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC). It effectively samples acrossa wide range of habitat types at depths of 20 to 2,000 meters. It autonomouslyfollows the seabed collecting high-resolution imagery at about 0.5 knots.
