Sunbeam Dam along the main Salmon River

Description

Sunbeam Dam along the main Salmon River. This dam was built by miners in 1910to supply power to the Sunbeam Mine. It cut off salmon migration up the river.It was dynamited open in 1934 but much of the anadromous fish population waslost prior to reopening the river at this point.
