During the week of September 3-7, 2007,the NOS Office of Response and Restoration sent a member to Douala, Cameroon,to co-teach a class on Incident Command System with the U.S. Coast Guard to30 students from the governments of Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon.Students are shown with instructor Mark Dix of OR&R; and other instructors.
