Many of Mr. Lear's lightning photographs are taken from the roof of his home.He has an array of six cameras that can be activated simultaneously in order tocapture lightning images. These six cameras span the horizon. Mr. Lear is awelder by trade and has taken lightning photographs for many years as a hobby.
