Due to the partial federal government shutdown, NOAA has extended the application deadline for the Hollings and Educational Partnership Program with Minority Serving Institutions undergraduate scholarships until Friday, February 15, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Applications for the two undergraduate scholarships were originally due on January 31, 2019. Although the electronic application system remained live during the 35-day lapse in appropriations, NOAA’s Office of Education has extended the application submission period to those who have not yet submitted their applications and who have encountered issues with the online process.

Applicants — thank you for your patience! Please note that you cannot edit your applications after you submit them electronically. Questions? Contact studentscholarshipprograms@noaa.gov
