On Thursday, climate and weather experts will be available to discuss key findings from NOAA's January U.S. & global climate analyses, as well as discuss the latest forecast for El Niño and how that may influence temperature and precipitation this winter/spring. In addition, experts will discuss climate conditions in Alaska.
