Experts recap July and provide outlooks through November

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for July, as well as the latest U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought through November. In addition, an expert will also provide an overview of ongoing heat and related issues across Alaska during July.
