1. THIS TRANSMITS:

Revocation Notice for NOAA Administrative Order NAO 203-102, NOAA Finance Handbook.

2. PURPOSE:

This Revocation Notice revokes NOAA Administrative Order (NAO) 203-102, NOAA Finance Handbook, issued October 29, 1992. The NOAA Finance Handbook is revised as necessary in order to maintain conformance with applicable Federal laws, regulations and guidance.

The chapter revision dates can be found under the heading “chapters” on the NOAA Finance Handbook web page located at: NOAA's Corporate Finance Office website.

3. FILING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please remove and discard the above referenced Order dated October 29, 1992. An electronic copy of this Revocation Notice will be posted in place of the revoked Order on the NOAA Office of the Chief Administrative Officer Website the NOAA Administrative Issuances website.
