1. THIS TRANSMITS:
Revocation Notice for NOAA Administrative Order 203-120, Overdue Financial Reports (Grants/Cooperative Agreements).
2. PURPOSE:
This Revocation Notice revokes NOAA Administrative Order 203-120, Overdue Financial Reports (Grants/ Cooperative Agreements), dated September 22, 1987. The Department of Commerce Grants and Cooperative Agreements Interim Manual, Chapter 10 (Post-Award Administrative Requirements – June, 2007) and Chapter 11 (Enforcement – June 2008) take precedence over NAO 203-120 and establish requirements for financial reports and enforcement actions for delinquent financial reports for grants and cooperative agreements and are enforced through NOAA's Grants Online electronic monitoring and compliance system. Therefore, a NOAA Administrative Order on the subject is no longer needed.
