Notice of IPP Implementation
Effective October 1, 2023, NOAA will transition to a new electronic invoicing platform to process all contractor payment requests; the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is a web-based, secure, invoice processing platform that is provided by the Department of Treasury’s Bureau of Fiscal Service.
