I certify that all employees within the Line/Staff/Program Office have received “Meets or Exceeds Expectations” performance appraisals for the rating cycle ending September 30, except those cited for the reasons below.
"Does Not Meet Expectations." The following employees received “Does Not Meet Expectations” ratings:
