In order to effectively communicate climate change with stakeholders, information should be tailored to meet their specific needs. Thanks to collaboration between NOAA, the Upper Mississippi River Basin Association, and the Midwest Regional Climate Center, three handouts were created to reach three different audiences:  a technical perspective, one in plain language, and one that is a hybrid.
