October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, an opportunity to recognize America’s workers with disabilities.

We’re celebrating by shining the spotlight on Clair Ketchum, a forecaster with NOAA’s National Weather Service.

Clair believes that recognizing National Disability Employment Awareness Month is important, because “any one of us at any time in our lives can become disabled.” Clair shares what it’s like to have an invisible disability and why he  admires Winston Churchill’s courage and will.
