Program Timeline

Timeline
  • December/January - Applications Open

    The applications for the Pathways Interns and Recent Graduates go live on USAJobs and will be open to applicants for a few weeks in the winter.

  • February/March - Interview Process

    Hiring managers will review applications and schedule virtual interviews with selected candidates.

  • March/April - Offer made

    Once interviews are complete, hiring managers will make selections and send offer letters.

  • Summer - Onboarding/background check process

    If the offer is accepted, candidates will begin the onboarding process and are required to undergo a background check and possible security clearance, depending on the position.

  • Late Summer/Fall - Begin Working

    Once onboarded, the cohort will begin working in their new positions.
