Robert Sears is the Director of the N-Wave Program and serves as the Chair of the Federal IPv6 Task Force and the Federal Network Representative Co-Chair for the Cloud and Infrastructure Community of Practice (C&I CoP). His career with NOAA spans 22 years with over 10 of those years leading the N-Wave program. Robert also has 32 years of combined military and federal service. Mr. Sears’s background and degree are in electronic engineering and communications.

Adam Nemethy is N-Wave’s deputy director and network services portfolio manager. In his roles with N-Wave, Adam is involved in N-Wave’s strategic planning efforts and is responsible for direct oversight of technical operations and management of all N-Wave campus services, including Enterprise Wireless, Enterprise Remote Access VPN (ERAV), Managed LAN, Managed Firewall and Campus Core Networks. He has been with NOAA since 2014 and N-Wave since 2018.
