3. Username and Password Guidelines
The  Grantee Username and Password Guidelines document outlines the Grants Online guidelines. 
The  Federal Username and Password Guidelines document outlines the Grants Online guidelines. 

4. Explanation of Grants Online Roles
The Grants Online User Roles and Explanations listing provides detailed information of the various user roles.
The Grants Online Roles Federal and Recipient spreadsheet highlights the functions available by role.
The Certified Program Officer and Uncertified Program Officer have different abilities. This one page document explains what actions each role can and cannot perform.

5. System Navigation 
The System Navigation document has an explanation of Grants Online features and delegations.
